Empty Mind

Empty Mind (2004)
Empty mind is a meditative film that explores the relationship between life and water by focussing on martial arts. Empty Mind represents different frames of mind and their influences on physical energy; it also reflects on the cyclical ever-changing aspects of the water cycle. Empty Mind was partly inspired by the following words, which have been attributed to Bruce Lee. “Empty your mind, be formless, shapeless like water. If you put water in a cup it becomes the cup, if you put water in a teapot, it becomes the teapot….Now water can flow or it can crash! Be water my friend!”
Empty Mind was directed, produced and edited by Fi
